Earlene LeDoux

( February 16, 1939 – February 2, 2024 )

Earlene LeDoux passed away on February 2, 2024, surrounded by her family. She was born on February 16, 1939, to Lewis & Eutemia Martinez in Capulin, NM. She is survived by her children Bernadette Turner and George Torres, Ernie LeDoux and wife Judy, Renee LeDoux and Rayetta Trujillo and husband Lawrence, her grandchildren Tessie Machuca, and husband JD, Ernie Ledoux Jr. Scotty Burmeister and wife Helene, Ernie LeDoux, Lance Trujillo and wife Jerrica, Fidel Segura, and Renee Segura, great-grandchildren: Lila Burmeister, Orion and Cheyenne LeDoux, Lisette Machuca, Joseph and Ryan Trujillo, and Mia Segura, great-great grandson Marco Johnson, and special grandchildren Derrick Gonzales, Chancey Gonzales and Tracey Gonzales.   She is also survived by sisters Martha Martinez, Marion Rodriguez and brothers Jose Joe (Archie) Martinez and wife Debbie, Henry LeDoux and wife Patsy and Dickie Martinez and wife Bobbie, and numerous nieces and nephews.  She was greeted at the gates of heaven by the love of her life Floyd LeDoux, along with her grandson Gilbert LeDoux, infant son Douglas, and her baby sister Charlene (Bobo) Winn.  Also, there to meet her were her parents Lewis & Eutemia Martinez, and siblings Stella Sintas, Mollie Ortiz, Lillian Archuleta, Lewis Martinez Jr., Gilbert Martinez, and Pauline Raught.

She loved being around her family and watching western movies.  She also loved attending basketball, baseball, and volleyball games and cheering on her favorite players and the Cimarron Rams.   She enjoyed talking about when she grew up working on the Erwin’s Dairy in Grenville, NM and talking about her barrel racing days on Shoofly.  She also loved singing in the choir which she did for over 30 years.  She was also involved in the funeral ministry and the summer bible school.

Recitation of the Most Holy Rosary will be on February 8, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. at the Sister Hildergard Parish Hall recited by Jackie Archuleta followed by the Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m. at the Sister Hildergard Parish Hall with Father Doug as the Celebrant.  Rite of Committal and Internment to follow at Mountain View Cemetery in Cimarron.

Arrangements Earlene LeDoux are under the direction of the Alderette-Pomeroy Funeral Home.
