at the request of a Council Member for individual consideration.

out of the revenues of the City of Trinidad, Colorado, to defray and meet the liabilities of
the City of Trinidad for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2024 and ending December
31, 2024; said ordinance being termed the annual appropriation bill for the 2024 fiscal
year (Second reading of the ordinance to be heard on December 19, 2023)
