1) Consideration of additional funding request by Noah’s Ark
2) First reading of an ordinance appropriating certain sums of money out of the
revenues of the City of Trinidad, Colorado, to defray and meet the liabilities of the
City of Trinidad for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2024 and ending December
31, 2024; said ordinance being termed the annual appropriation bill for the 2024
fiscal year, and setting a hearing date for consideration of said ordinance on
December 5, 2023 at 6:00 p.m.
