Public Notice
Pursuant to State Statute 1-11-8 the ICE Voting Machines which will be used for Absentee/IP & Mobile Voting, Absentee/Mail Voting and Election Day voting for the November 7, 2023 – Regular Local Election will be tested, prepared, and sealed on October 3, 2023, at 8:00 A.M. in the voting machine storage area on the fifth floor of the Colfax County Courthouse, Raton, New Mexico.
