authorized at the November 6, 2001 election from three percent (3%) to six
percent (6%) commencing January 1, 2024, in the City of Trinidad, Colorado, on
transactions of furnishing rooms or accommodations, the processed of which to
be used for the purposes authorized by Chapter 7, Section 7-46 of the Trinidad
Municipal Code, or as may be amended, as an increased tax pursuant to Section
20 of Article X of the Colorado Constitution
