A special meeting of the City Commission of the City of Raton will be held on August 25, 2023 at 5:00 p.m. Pursuant to City of Raton Open Meetings Resolution 2023-01 Commissioners may participate via conference call. The following subjects will be considered by the City Commission and may be considered in any order that is most convenient for the City Commission.
I. Call Meeting to Order by Mayor Neil Segotta
II. Roll Call of the Members of the City Commission and determination of quorum.
III. CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION Pursuant to Section 10-15-1 H(2) Personnel – City Manager
IV. CERTIFICATION OF CLOSED SESSION
V. Adjournment
