Ramona Ann Spalding

Ramona Ann Spalding, 65 of Springer, NM went to meet the Lord Thursday, May 25, 2023. She was born on January 18, 1958, in Portales.
Ramona was a long-time resident of Springer and was a member of the First Baptist Church. Ramona spent most of her life as a full-time mother and wife,
who raised three beautiful daughters. Her faith in God was unbreakable and she faced death with a courage that only he could give. Her strength and her confidence in a future home in Heaven were an inspiration to us all. Her love for her family and friends will be deeply missed.
Ramona was preceded in death by her husband Tom Spalding, her father and mother, Grady and Bee Criswell, brother Clark Criswell, and grandson Evan Thomas Lamb, she left behind three daughters, Denise and husband Matt Lamb of Farmington, NM, Danette Spalding of Springer, NM, and Trisa and husband Jimmy Tafoya of Las Vegas, NV. Four grandsons, Elijah and Isiah Lamb of Farmington, Malachi Rogers of Springer, and Ezekiel Crane of Farmington, and one granddaughter Meadow Crane of Farmington. One brother Grady and his wife Angel Criswell of Cimarron, and one sister Zola Criswell of Springer, NM. Nephews, Will and wife Jessica Criswell of Durham, NC., Adam Criswell of Maxwell, NM., one niece Shelby and husband Josh Jaurigui of Denver, CO., also Aunt, Eudean Meyers of Amarillo, TX. And numerous cousins and friends.
Ramona dedicated her life to serving Our Lord and striving to be the best wife, mother, grandmother, and sister she could be, she succeeded! She was the Best! We love you, Mom!
Services will be held at the First Baptist Church in Springer, NM. on June 16 2023 at 11:00 AM.
