Raton Planning And Zoning Public Meeting Wednesday, May 24th, 2023\

A request for a Special Exception has been submitted to the Raton Planning and Zoning Board and will be on the next meeting agenda for public comments. The meeting has been rescheduled for Wednesday, May 24th, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. at Raton City Hall @ 224 Savage Avenue, Raton New Mexico.

Consideration of Request for Special Exception by Jay Manning, owner of Beehive Assisted Living facility, requesting to allow Manning to rent individual rooms at Bee Hive Property, described as located at 1465 Turnesa St. Raton. The property is Zoned R-4 (Residential District).
