Margaret E Kious passed away in Albuquerque, NM on April 28, 2023.
Margaret was born on August 18, 1942, the daughter of Benjamin A Romero and Margaret Garcia Romero.
Margaret graduated from Raton High School in 1960. Margaret moved to Albuquerque and continued her education graduating from UNM School of Law.
Margaret was preceded in death by her father Benjamin A Romero and her mother Margaret Garcia. Her husband Harold E Kious. Five brothers, Amado Tomas Romero, Fred Romero, and Dr. Paul Romero. One sister, Marion G (Romero) Budd, sister in law Alice (Groves) Romero. Brothers-in-law, Richard Weaver, and Richard Gonzales.
Margaret is survived by two brothers, Richard Romero (Carole), and Donald m Romero (Ethel). Two sisters, Louise (Romero) Gonzales, and Dorothy (Romero) Weaver. Brother-in-law, Nelson Budd. And numerous nieces and nephews.
Recitation of the Most Holy Rosary will be May 12, 2023, at 10:00 am, followed by Solemn Mass of the Resurrection at 10:30 am at Santuario De San Martin De Porres, 8301 Camino San Martin SW, Albuquerque, NM. With Fr. Oscar W Coelho as Celebrant.
Arrangements for Margaret E (Romero) Kious are under the direction of Daniels Family Funeral Home. Rite of Committal will take place at a later date.
