Sheryl Lynn Hood, 46, of Maxwell, NM passed away surrounded by family on March 14th, 2023 from Cancer.
Sheryl was born in Long Beach, California in Aug. 1976. She graduated high school in 1993 in Springer, N.M. then dedicated her time to furthering her education in Nursing. She had accomplished many years of service in nursing and helped many people along the way. Despite her many battles with cancer, Sheryl received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2022.
Sheryl is survived by her parents, Joy Terry and Rodney Hood, her only sister, and spouse, Jennifer (Loren) Comstock, her two children: Theodore Von Haas and Alosia Haas, 3 nieces, Tabitha Bell, Hannah Edgren, and Kacy Edgren and her 3 grandchildren, Kyson, Kaiden, and Kianna.
All our hearts are broken as we mourn the loss of Sheryl, she was a great adventurer and a thoughtful soul. She will be missed and remembered for the many lives she has touched. May her adventures never end and her bright light and big heart shine down on us forever more.
