The Colfax County Board of Commissioners will conduct a Public
Hearing on February 28, 2023, at 8:45 am, to consider whether to
approve an ordinance authorizing a property tax rebate to benefit low-income property taxpayers in Colfax County for the taxable year 2023-2024.
A copy of the proposed ordinance is available for inspection at the Office
of the County Manager, Colfax County Building, 230 North 3rd, Raton
NM during regular business hours.
