Call is hereby made for Ward Caucuses of the Republican Party of Colfax County to be held January 7, 2023, at 11:00am at Kit Carson Restaurant, 31033 US 64, Cimarron, New Mexico to:
-Nominate and elect new Ward Chairs
-Elect Ward Delegates to the Biennial County Convention
And
Call is hereby made for the County Central Committee Meeting of the Republican Party of Colfax County to be held January 7, 2023, at 11:30 am at Kit Carson Restaurant, 31033 US 64, Cimarron, New Mexico to:
-Consider contests of delegation to the Biennial County Convention
-Select the Temporary Officers of the Biennial County Convention
-Prescribe Special Rules to the Biennial County Convention
-Consider any other proper business
And
Call is hereby made for the Biennial Organizational County Convention of the Republican Party of Colfax County to be held January 7, 2023, at 11:45pm at Kit Carson Restaurant, 31033 US 64, Cimarron, New Mexico to:
-Elect a new County Central Committee
-Recess for a meeting of the new County Central Committee to elect new county officers:
-Elect a new county contingent of members to the State Central Committee
-Any other proper business.

Registration begins at 10:30 am and will close at 10:55 am on January 7, 2023, at Convention location.
The purpose of this convention is to elect new Ward Officers, County Central Committee Members, new County Officers, and 9 (nine) delegates to the Republican State Central Committee.
