Maria Dolores “Lola” Vital, age 88, died on Thursday, October 6, 2022, in Farmington, New Mexico.
Rosary will be recited at 9:30 AM on Wednesday, October 12th and Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, October 12th following the Rosary at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Clayton with Fr. Joseph Baltz as celebrant. Burial will follow in the Clayton Memorial Cemetery by Hass Funeral Directors of Clayton, New Mexico.
Maria Dolores “Lola” (Fuentas) Vital was born on November 29, 1933, in Atotonilco, Zacatecas, Mexico to Isidoro Fuentas and Maria Inez (Almaquer) Fuentas. She married Fidencio Vital on June 5, 1955, in Nieves, Zacatecas, Mexico. They migrated to the United States in the 1970s to give their family a better life. Lola lived in Clayton NM many years and later moved to Aztec NM. She never met a stranger and was loved by all who knew her. She loved to crochet and to the garden. Maria was preceded in death by her parents and by 3 sisters and a brother.

HUSBAND: Fidencio Vital of Aztec, New Mexico.
2 DAUGHTERS: Marylou Maldonado and Jose of Stratford, Texas, and Francisca Vital and Barthasar Hernandez of Tulsa, Oklahoma.
4 SONS: Misael Vital and Elvera of Bloomfield, New Mexico, Joe Fidencio Vital and Gabby of Aztec, New Mexico, Joe Louis Vital and Janet of Virginia and Pete Vital and Caroline of Los Lunas, New Mexico.
22 Grandchildren, 46 Great-Grandchildren, and 15 Great-Great-Grandchildren.
2 BROTHERS: Remujio Fuentas of Georgia and Arnulfo Fuentas of Dallas, Texas.
And numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
