Myles Anthony Martinez was born in Springer New Mexico to Freddie and Ruth Martinez on June 9, 1965. He passed away on February 11, 2022, in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Myles is survived by Mary Ortiz his loving companion, His brother Roger Martinez and his wife Noriko of Santa Fe, New Mexico.
Myles was a farmer, raising Alfalfa for most of his life. He also did the maintenance on the farm equipment and delivered the Alfalfa. He went on to be a gifted mechanic, welder, and tire specialist.
No matter how difficult the issue at hand, Myles was always a calming influence. Everyone came to him with their car problems or when needed a helping hand. Myles never turned anyone away. He was a caring and kindhearted person who treated everyone the same.
There will be a memorial service for Myles at the Springer, NM Fairgrounds on Saturday, May 14, 2022, at 11:00 AM. A potluck will follow at the Methodist Church Hall. Come join us in celebrating the life of Myles Anthony Martinez.
