In Loving Memory of Barbara A. Sisneros

Barbara A. Sisneros 75, went to the Lord on February 23, 2022, at Parkview Hospital.  

Born April 15, 1946, to her mother Minnie Chavez at her home and raised between “up the river” and Trinidad, Colo. After the passing of her sister, she moved to Pueblo where she resided until her death.  

Barbara was a retired school kitchen aid and loved feeding the children. She was devoted to going to church. Barbara loved to bowl in her free time and socialize with her friends for lunch. She was always known for the phrases “wanna fight” and “how much money you gonna give me”. She had a joking personality and a laugh that could last all day.   

She is preceded in death by her Mom Erminia Chavez, her sister Betty Cordova, and Ben Chavez (who she adored like a brother).  

Barbara left behind to cherish her joking memories to Brandi Fresquez her caretaker (cousin). Margaret Chavez her cousin.  Raymond (Ellie) Sisneros. She also leaves behind many relatives and friends to cherish her memories. 

Visitation will be Thursday, from 2 pm-6 pm at the Comi Chapel. 

Funeral Services will be Friday, March 4, 2022, at 10 am at the Comi Chapel with Brother Harry Gonzales officiating. 

Interment will follow at the Trinidad Catholic Cemetery.
