In Loving Memory of Terrilynn Mestas

Terrilynn Mestas entered into God’s peaceful rest on November 14, 2021. She was born on November 19, 1981, to her parents, Louie Mestas Jr. and Lynda Lucero Garcia.

Terrilynn was the baby sister of three daughters. She loved the colors, pink, purple, and red. Her favorite doll was a stuffed collector’s doll named Lulu, her favorite show was Kobra Kai, and her favorite movie was CoCo. her favorite food was chili fries and candy Kit-Kats.

She was a die-hard Raiders fan and loved to watch every game with her nephews, Dyllan (also referred to as her little brother) and Ethan.

Her girl time was spent with her niece Jheydan, painting nails, doing her hair, and baking. No birthday, holiday, or special event was complete without Aunt Terrilynn’s touch.

But Terrilynn had the most beautiful heart and loved to spend time with her nephews and nieces. her great-nieces and nephews as well.

The bond between her and her mother was unbreakable. in life they were inseparable, in death they joined their journey to our Heavenly Father.

Terrilynn is preceded in death by her parents, Louie Mestas Jr. and Lynda Lucero Garcia. Maternal grandparents, Alex G and Theresa S. Lucero. Paternal grandparents, Loui Sr., and Severiana Sanchez Mestas. Also her brother-in-law, Tony A. Chavez.

She is survived by her stepfather of the home, Joe Garcia. Two sisters, Lisa Martinez, and Shaeryn Broderick.

Three nephews and three nieces, Desiree Martinez and companion Pablo Cruz, Ravyn Martinez and husband Patrick, Lance Martinez and companion Yessica Marquez, Dyllan and Eythan Jones, and Jheydan Chavez.

Two great-nephews and two great-nieces, Zacharias Apodaca, Patrick Martinez Jr, Alexia Martinez, and her baby “Fluffy”.

Terrilynn had such great faith and love for her Heavenly Father and leaves us with her favorite verse: “These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye still have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world. John 16:33

Terrilynn was the light of her family’s life and will be greatly missed by all those that love her.

Arrangements will be directed by Alderette Pomeroy Funeral home at a later date.
