My name is Cody Ayon.
I have made Colfax County my home since 2013. I work locally in the law enforcement field and I am a Retired Veteran of the Military. My military service spanned 24 Years until I retired from the NM Army National Guard in 2016 at the rank of Captain. I have served in both the Navy and Army. I also am an assistant coach for the Raton High School Football Team and help coach in our local YAFL Football program for our elementary school athletes. I have had the unique and blessed opportunity to be featured in an upcoming PBS Documentary. The Documentary is titled AMERICAN VETERAN which is a four-part documentary series tracing the veteran experience across the arc of American history and exploring the present-day divide between civilian and veteran communities.
This program airs Nationwide on 10/26/2021 on PBS.
