PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Colfax County Commissioners will be discussing and taking public comment regarding Ordinance# 2021-03, Adopting the Legislative Intent, Findings, and Purpose Relating to the Regulation of Cannabis on Tuesday, October 12, 2021, at 8:45 am located at the Colfax County Administrative Building, 230 N 3rd Street, 3rd Floor Commission Chambers.
