REQUEST FOR SEALED BIDS 2021-2022 SY
The Raton Board of Education is requesting sealed bids for the 2021-2022 SY for the following:
*Electrical
*Plumbing
*Pest Control
*Maintenance Supplies
Bid information can be obtained at the Administration Office Mon-Thurs 8:30 am–3:00 p.m. or by calling 575-445-9111.
Please remit bids to Raton Public Schools, 1550 Tiger Circle, Raton, N.M. 87740. Bids must be sealed and “marked” accordingly. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids. No faxed bids will be accepted. The deadline for bids is Tuesday, July 13, 2021 at 2:00 p.m.
All persons conducting business with the Raton Public School District shall refrain from any criminal acts including bribes, gratuities, and kickbacks-Legal ref: 13-1-191.
All bids must be accompanied by a Campaign Contribution Disclosure Form.
