A special meeting of the City Commission of the City of Raton will be held on May 19, 2021 at 6 p.m. Pursuant to City of Raton Open Meetings Resolution 2021-01 Commissioners may participate via conference call. The following subjects will be considered by the City Commission and may be considered in any order that is most convenient for the City Commission.

1. Call Meeting to Order – Mayor Segotta

2. Roll Call of the Members of the City Commission and determination of quorum.

3. Pledge of Allegiance to the U. S. Flag.

4. Items from Citizens Present

5. Action items/Public Hearings/Ordinances/Resolutions/City Manager’s Report-The City Commission may discuss and/or take actions on the following agenda items:
   

1. DELIBERATE AND ACT on Ordinance No. 1013 Approving and Adopting a Local Economic Development Project Participation Agreement between the City of Raton and Ramel Family Farms LLC to Plan, Design and Construct Commercial Greenhouse Structures(s); and Lease Payments and Tenant Improvements to the City’s Armex Facility for a Local Economic Development Project

2. DELIBERATE AND ACT on Exhibit A – Project Participation Agreement Between the City of Raton and Ramel Family Farms LLC
