Glendene Marcella (Macklin) Kinsall, 89, a resident of Albuquerque, NM was born July 21, 1931, in Shidler, OK, and departed this life December 22, 2020, in Raton, NM. She passed after encountering complications from COVID-19.
Glendene was preceded in death by her husband of 37 years, Ross Kinsall, whom she married on April 15, 1975. Throughout their marriage, the couple worked side by side at their janitorial company, Ross & Dene’s Janitors based in Wichita, KS. The two were inseparable until his death in 2013.
Glendene lived her life devoted to her faith in God. She could be found singing the word of God and loved playing keyboard in the Church choir, alongside her husband. Glendene enjoyed music, bird watching, studying the bible, sewing, traveling, woodworking, crocheting, and attending garage sales. She was a lifelong animal lover and could always be found cuddling one of her small dogs.
Glendene is survived by her two children, Raymond Duane Frazier of Arkansas, City, KS and Sharla R. Frazier of Albuquerque, NM; five grandchildren, Sharla Rae Roedema of Thornton, CO., Brittany Lewis, and Tiffany Robinson both of Albuquerque, NM, Amy Lynn Walker of Newkirk, OK and Duane Frazier of Sheboygan, WI; and two great-grandchildren Juliannah and Reyce Roedema. She will be laid to rest with her late husband in the Newkirk Cemetery in Newkirk, OK. A graveside funeral will be held at a later date. Local arrangments for Glendene Kinsall are under the direction of the Alderett-Pomeroy Funeral Home.
