Eloy Carl Cruz, age 52, died on Tuesday, November 3, 2020, in Amarillo, Texas.
Graveside services will be held at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, November 10, 2020, at the Clayton Memorial Cemetery with Rev. Hilario Perez, pastor of the First Baptist Church in Clayton officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Hass Funeral Directors of Clayton, New Mexico.
Eloy Carl Cruz was born on January 4, 1968, in Los Angeles, California to Victor Lawrence Cruz and Adeline (Sandoval) Cruz. Eloy attended school in Clayton and graduated from Clayton High School in 1987. He moved to Albuquerque for a few years and then moved to Amarillo. Eloy spent most of his life helping people, he loved to serve in the homeless communities and was always taking food to the homeless and handing out food at the local churches. Eloy was preceded in death by his parents and by 1 brother, Victor, and 1 sister, Esther.

5 NEPHEWS: Victor Cruz, Mark Tentiende, and Israel Cruz all of Amarillo, Texas, T, J, Stowe of England, and Jacob Cruz of Oklahoma.
2 NIECES: Faith Stowe of Louisiana and Angelina Cruz of Oklahoma.
3 AUNTS: Josie, Mary, and Viola.
1 UNCLE: Sammy.
