Zachery John DeHerrera, age 27, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, October 14, 2020, at North West Texas Hospital in Amarillo, Texas.
Memorial services will be held at 7:00 PM on Saturday, October 17, 2020, at the First Baptist Church in Clayton, New Mexico with Rev. Hilario Perez, Pastor officiating.
Zachery John DeHerrera was born on April 30, 1993, in Amarillo, Texas to Stephanie Cruz and Joe “Chopo” DeHerrera. Zachery was a very happy, spirited, loving, and kind person who would always bring a smile to others. He lived life to the fullest through simple pleasures; chatting with friends and family and spending time with his mother and cousins. Zachery was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Frank and Rebecca DeHerrera, his brother, Joseph DeHerrera, and an uncle, Frank DeHerrera, Jr.

HIS PARENTS: Stephanie Cruz and Joe “Chopo” DeHerrera of Clayton, New Mexico.
2 SISTERS: Sha’rie DeHerrera of Clayton, New Mexico, and Angela DeHerrera of Hartley, Texas.
MATERNAL GRANDPARENTS: Alfonso and JoAnne Cruz of Clayton, New Mexico.
And many aunts, uncles, cousins, and others whose lives he touched.
