Next week is New Mexico Grown Week. We will utilize as much NM Grown Produce as possible during the week. Monday’s cantaloupe is from Wagner Farms in Central New Mexico, Red Chile for Tamale Pie from Deming, Squash for Calabacitas from Moriarty, and Blue Cornbread courtesy of Zia Pueblo all of which will be served at RIS and Longfellow. New Mexico Grown Presentations will be held for students at RIS and Longfellow School with Emma Green! Please allow your student to participate in our school lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday if they attend either RIS or Longfellow so that they may get a taste of New Mexico!
