On Tuesday, September 01, 2020 at approximately 6:00 p.m., Corporal Matt Ordonez with the New Mexico Department of Game and Fish (NMDGF) received information regarding a mule deer buck that was shot in the City of Raton, NM in the area of Pine St. and Oak St. The deer was shot with a bow and arrow. It’s believed the two suspects unlawfully killed the mule deer. They loaded the deer in the truck pictured below and drove off.

On July 25th 2020 between 0900 and 1700 hours a Yeti Model SB 140 bike was taken from a residence located at 12 S Mesa Loop off of Highway 72 in Raton.
