Lorri Mayfield Montoya, age 47, passed away on Saturday, June 6, 2020, in Clayton, New Mexico.
Rosary will be recited at 9:30 AM on Wednesday, June 10, 2020, at St. Francis Xavier Parish Hall in Clayton, and Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 10:00 AM at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church with Fr. Jason Pettigrew as celebrant. Arrangements are under the direction of Hass Funeral Directors of Clayton, New Mexico.
Lorri (Mayfield) Montoya was born on October 8, 1972, in Dalhart, Texas to Jim Mayfield and Arlene (Baker) Mayfield. She grew up in Clayton and graduated from Clayton High School in 1991 and then she graduated from Pharmacy School at South Western Oklahoma State University in 1996. Lorri married Lorenzo Montoya on January 23, 1999, in Clayton, New Mexico. Lorri owned and operated City Drug Store and was a member of St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Clayton, New Mexico. Lorri was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents; W. Mort Baker and Wilma (Campbell) Baker and by her paternal grandparents; Christopher Gilbert Mayfield and Gracie Louise (Irwin) Mayfield.

HUSBAND: Lorenzo Montoya of Clayton, New Mexico.
2 SONS: Benjamin Montoya and Andres Montoya both of Clayton, New Mexico.
PARENTS: Jim & Arlene Mayfield of Clayton, New Mexico.
SISTER: Valeetah Mayfield of Amarillo, Texas.
BROTHER: Marty Mayfield and his wife Holly of Raton, New Mexico.
FATHER-IN-LAW and MOTHER-IN-LAW: Tommy & Lucine Montoya of Clayton, New Mexico.
BROTHER-IN-LAW: Manuelito Montoya and Hadley Quinn of Denver, Colorado.
SISTER-IN-LAW: Angel Montoya of Denver, Colorado.
