02-2018 Santa Fe Trail 24” Water Main Replacement

Starting later today, Tuesday, and running through Friday the 29th, Santa Fe Trail at Washington Avenue, in Trinidad will be closed to all traffic except for local residents due to installation of a 20” Waterline in Santa Fe Trail. There will also be closure next Monday and Tuesday, June 1st and 2nd, but the road is to be reopened over the weekend. We apologize for the inconvenience to residents and businesses but need to do this for the safety of workers and travelers alike.
As we have said before, the City would like to express our thanks to EVERYONE for their patience and understanding during this construction. We are confident that the finished product will be of benefit to everyone in Trinidad as it is a needed upgrade to our aging infrastructure.
