The scope of work includes the New 8,200 SF VoTech Building that will start at the end of May 2020 and finish up in December 2020. Work includes site/building demo, grading, site utilities with underground fire suppression tanks, concrete foundations and slabs, masonry, structural steel, framing and drywall, metal wall and roof panels, MEP, polished concrete floors, OH doors, aluminum storefront, and new finishes.
