Joey Sandoval, age 55, died on Friday, December 13, 2019 in Amarillo, Texas.
Rosary will be recited at 7:00 P.M. on Sunday, December 15, 2019 and Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 AM on Monday, December 16, 2019 at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Clayton, New Mexico with Fr. Jason Pettigrew as Celebrant. Burial will follow in the Clayton Memorial Cemetery by Hass Funeral Directors of Clayton, New Mexico.
Joey Sandoval was born on February 1, 1964 in Clayton, New Mexico to Joe Trujillo and Lucy Arguello. At six months old he went to live with Arturo L. Sandoval and Fugelma Willie (Trujillo) Sandoval and they later adopted him. Joseph served 13 years in the Army National Guard. He worked for the Rite Stuff feed store in Clayton and then for Double A Feeders for several years and later for the Town of Clayton. Joey was preceded in death by his parents, Arturo and Willie Sandoval, Joe Trujillo and Lucy Arguella, his God-son, Anthony Blan and by three brothers, Carlos Sandoval, Jimmy Arguello and Frankie Arguello.

1 DAUGHTER: Jenna Sandoval of Clayton, New Mexico.
2 SONS: Joseph Sandoval and his wife Farah of Dumas, Texas and Josh Sandoval of Corpus Christi, Texas.
GOD-DAUGHTER: Felicia Steen and her husband Daniel of Texline, Texas.
7 GRANDCHILDREN: Joshua, Damian, Avalyn, Draven, Robi, Lorenzo and Amelia.
HIS GIRLFRIEND: Lana Dellinger of Clayton, New Mexico.
6 SISTERS: Mary Blan and her husband Joe and Sally Sandoval and David Padilla all of Clayton, New Mexico, Toni Martinez and her husband Orlando of Albuquerque, New Mexico, Faye Sandoval of Amarillo, Texas, Gloria Arguello of Sunray, Texas and Darlene Blea of Colorado Springs, Colorado.
4 BROTHERS: Paul Trujillo and his wife Rita of Las Vegas, New Mexico, Tommy Jimenez of Albuquerque, New Mexico, Arthur Sandoval of Cimarron, New Mexico and Pete Quintana of Roy, New Mexico.
