Conditions encountered after the report is compiled may differ, as stream, lake and weather conditions alter fish and angler activities.
Chama River: Steve Maes of Denver, Colo. caught and released a 22-inch brown trout using a Rapala lure Nov. 19.
Escondida Lake: Keola Padilla, age 9, of Alamo Navajo caught a 3-pound largemouth bass using fresh corn Nov. 24.
Quemado Lake: Will Leekity, age 18, of Zuni Pueblo caught a 17-inch rainbow trout using a jointed Rapala lure Nov. 22.
Ute Lake: Kalin Audrain of Fritch, Texas, caught a 6.1-pound walleye using a blade bait Nov. 23. Brian Garrison of Hugoton, Kan. caught an 8.3-pound walleye using a blade bait Nov. 24.

Lake Maloya: Tom Knoop of Albuquerque caught several 20 to 22-inch rainbow trout using brown crystal mini flash leech flies and bead head flashback pheasant tail flies Nov. 18.
Seven Springs Brood Pond: Jesse Cordova, age 7, of Rio Rancho caught a 22-inch rainbow trout using garlic eggs Nov. 16.
Sipapu River: James Jaramillo of Santa Fe caught a 22-inch rainbow trout using worms Nov. 18.
Tingley Beach: Parker Lawson, age 10, of Albuquerque caught his limit of rainbow trout, including one measuring 14-inches, using green PowerBait Nov. 17.

Costilla Creek: Stream flow near Costilla Monday was 15.7 cfs. We had no reports from anglers this week.

Eagle Nest Lake: Fishing for trout was good using peach and red glitter PowerBait. Fishing for kokanee salmon using snagging hooks was fair to good near the boat dock. Fishing for pike was good trolling Rapala lures. We had no reports on other species this week.
Eagle Rock Lake: Fishing for trout was good using PowerBait, salmon eggs and worms.
Fawn Lakes: We had no reports from anglers this week.
Gallinas River: We had no reports from anglers this week.

Pecos River: Stream flow near the town of Pecos Monday morning was 33.6 cfs. Fishing for trout was good using salmon eggs, PowerBait and nymph flies.
Red River: Stream flow below the hatchery Monday morning was 31.4 cfs. Fishing for trout was fair to good using salmon eggs and pheasant tail nymph flies.
Rio Grande: Stream flow at the Taos Junction Bridge Monday morning was 503 cfs. Fishing for trout was good using streamer flies, Panther Martin spinners, nymph flies and emerger flies in the afternoons.
Rio Hondo: Stream flow Monday morning near Valdez was 12.2 cfs. We had no reports from anglers this week.
Rio Mora: Stream flow Monday morning was 17.3 cfs. We had no reports from anglers this week.
Rio Pueblo: Stream flow near Penasco Monday morning was 12.2 cfs. We had no reports from anglers this week.
Santa Cruz Reservoir: Fishing for trout was fair to good using Rapala lures and PowerBait.
Shuree Ponds: We had no reports from anglers this week. Fishing is open on the Valle Vidal, including Shuree Ponds, July 1-Dec. 31.
Springer Lake: We had no reports from anglers this week.
Storrie Lake: We had no reports from anglers this week.

Ute Lake: Fishing for white bass was good using jigs, slabs and blade baits. Fishing for walleye was good using slabs and blade baits in 35 to 40 feet of water. We had no reports on other species. The main lake water color was clear and the water temperature was 50 degrees.
Northwest Fishing Report
Abiquiu Lake: Fishing pressure was light. We had no reports from anglers this week. Due to low water levels, anglers are advised to use four-wheel drive vehicles to launch boats and watch for obstructions on the water.
Animas River: Water flow below Aztec Monday morning was 212 cfs. We had no reports from anglers this week.
Albuquerque Area Drains: Fishing for trout was fair using salmon eggs.
Bluewater Lake: We had no reports from anglers this week.
Brazos River: We had no reports from anglers this week.
Canjilon Lakes: We had no reports from anglers this week.
Chama River: Monday morning flows below El Vado and Abiquiu were 1,090 cfs and 1,320 cfs respectively. Fishing for trout below El Vado Lake was good. Fishing for trout below Abiquiu Lake was slow.
Cochiti Lake: We had no reports from anglers this week.
El Vado Lake: We had no reports from anglers this week.
Fenton Lake: Fishing for trout was good using meal worms, PowerBait and bead head nymph flies. Anglers, please remember you are allowed to harvest only two cutthroat trout per day within the regular five-fish limit.
Heron Lake: Fishing for kokanee salmon was fair to good using snagging hooks near the dam.
Jemez Waters: Stream flow on the Jemez River near the town of Jemez Monday morning was 11.9 cfs. Fishing for brown trout was fair to good using worms and nymph flies. Fishing for trout above and below Battleship Rock was fair to good using green Mop flies, PowerBait, salmon eggs and worms.

Lagunitas Lakes: We had no reports from anglers this week.
Lake Farmington: We had no reports from anglers this week.
Manzano Lake: Fishing for trout was good using corn and salmon eggs.

Navajo Lake: Fishing for kokanee salmon using snagging hooks was fair around the dam. Kokanee salmon snagging season is open from Oct. 1 – Dec. 31. We had no reports on other species.

San Juan River: Stream flow Monday morning was 583 cfs. Fishing for trout in the quality water was good using small midge pattern flies. Fishing the lower section of river for trout was good using Baetis pattern flies. Recently, fishing has been good using dry flies.
Seven Springs Brood Pond: Fishing for trout was good using garlic eggs, spinners, PowerBait and salmon eggs.
Tingley Beach: Fishing for trout was good using yellow, green and salmon peach PowerBait.
