Leo T. Martinez, 84, our beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend passed away Wednesday, October 23, 2019. Leo was born on August 27, 1935. He married Flora S. Martinez in February 1955, they then lived and raised their 4 children together in Cimarron, New Mexico. Leo is survived by his wife of 64 years, Flora, and 4 children: Leo (Barbara) Martinez Jr., Martha (Phillip) Sedillo, Edwin (Joanne) Martinez, Christina (John) Arias and 10 grandchildren: Edwin Martinez, Nicole Pinto, Brittany Archuleta, Leo Martinez III, Jessie Martinez, Elizabeth Sedillo, Damian Arias, Angel Sedillo, Santiago Arias, Emma Martinez and 7 great-grandchildren: Aalina Aragon, Tasyanna Pinto, Rebecca Archuleta, Cayden Archuleta, Leo Martinez IV, Donna Arias and Maddox Martinez.
Recitation of The Most Holy Rosary will be Saturday November 30th, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. at the Sister Hildegard Smith Parish Hall in Cimarron, NM, recited by Patsy Zamora, followed by the Solemn Mass of the Resurrection on Saturday, November 30th, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. with Father Trieu as the Celebrant. Rite of Committal and Inurnment will follow at a later date.
