In Loving Memory of Ralph Colangelo

Ralph Colangelo, age 87, passed away November 5, 2019 at home, due to leukemia.  He was surrounded by loved ones.
Ralph was born in Trinidad, CO, on  February 19, 1932 to Gaetano Colangelo and Benina Archuleta.
Ralph was an active man who enjoyed fishing, watching sports, doing yard work, and being around his grandchildren.  Ralph worked many jobs that he took pride in.  He was a hard working man, who never wanted to stop and he met many great people long the way, like his life long friend, Arthur, who shared many great memories with Ralph.  He retired from the City of Trinidad in the early 90’s and still continued to work remodeling homes, with the Mestas brothers for years after.  In his later years, he spent a lot of time doing yard work with his brother Frank.  All together Ralph had 9 beautiful kids which he loved all of them equally.  He would say he was a jack of all trades and a master of none.
Ralph married his first wife at the age of 26 and conceived 5 beautiful kids.  He later got married again and conceived one handsome son.  He remarried again and spent the last 36 years with his wife Carmen  and they conceived 3 more wonderful
children.  Ralph remained close with all of his kids.  Ralph was very proud of all of them and holds a special place in his heart for each of them.
He is survived by his wife Carmen Colangelo, Sons,  Ralph Jr., Randy, Guy, Josh, and Jeremy, Daughters, Margie, Marla (Kenneth), Melissa (Jeff) and Jessica, many grandchildren, many brothers , one sister, numerous nieces and nephews.
The list goes on and he was loved by many.
