Joyce (Rentfro) Dellinger Holcomb, age 88, died Sunday, October 20, 2019 in Clayton, New Mexico.
Graveside services will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Monday, October 28, 2019 at the Clayton Memorial Cemetery in Clayton, New Mexico with Terrell Jones, pastor of the trinity Fellowship Church in Clayton officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Hass Funeral Directors of Clayton, New Mexico.
Joyce (Rentfro) Dellinger Holcomb was born on May 29, 1931 in Tulia, Texas to Emmett Rentfro and Anna (Baird) Rentfro. They moved to Clayton when she was 4 years old and she attended school in Clayton and graduated from Clayton High School in 1948. Joyce married Kenneth E. Dellinger on June 20, 1948 in Raton, New Mexico and he preceded her in death on December 7, 2000. She later married James Holcomb on July 6, 2001 in Dalhart, Texas and he preceded her in death on November 30, 2008. Joyce lived in the Clayton and Sofia area until the early 1950’s when she moved to Bow, Washington and later to Chehalis, Washington moving back to New Mexico around 1995. In addition to her parents and husbands, Joyce was preceded in death by a son, Kevan Kenneth Dellinger on May 22, 1950 and a brother, Gordon Rentfro on October 10, 2012.

1 SISTER-IN-LAW: Shirlene Lorenzen of Mt. Vernon, Washington
and numerous nieces and nephews.
