Robert Moses Trujillo, age 73, died Tuesday, April 9, 2019 in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Rosary will be recited at 8:00 A.M. on Monday, April 15, 2019 by Deacon P. Louis Montoya and Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 9:00 AM following the Rosary at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Clayton, New Mexico with Fr. Joel Bugas as Celebrant. Burial will follow in the Clayton Memorial Cemetery by Hass Funeral Directors of Clayton.

Moses “Robert” Trujillo was born on June 20, 1945 in Roy, New Mexico to Moses and Rose (Tafoya) Trujillo. Robert served 17 years in the National Guard and 6 years in the United States Army where he earned a National Defense Medal and a Sharpshooter M14 Medal. He married Mary “Lisa” (Chavez) Trujillo in Clayton, New Mexico and they were married for over 55 years. He worked for Clayton Public Schools as a custodian for 33 years until he retired. Robert was preceded in death by his father and mother, 3 brothers; Joe Trujillo, Felix Trujillo and Leroy “Crunch” Trujillo, 4 sisters; Evelyn Sintas, Beatrice Vigil, Earlene Encinias and Mary Archuleta, a son; Steve Lopez and a grandson; Emilio Trujillo. Robert was surrounded by love every day of his life and he was proudest to be such a Devoted Husband and Loving Brother and Grandfather.

SURVIVORS:

He is survived by his beautiful wife Lisa of the home in Clayton, New Mexico.

3 DAUGHTERS: Theresa Gonzalez and her husband Albert of Farmington, New Mexico, Marilyn Senkevich and her partner Tobias Sanchez and Krista Trujillo, whom he took part in raising and her partner Sergio Martinez all of Clayton, New Mexico.

4 SONS: Joseph Trujillo, Robert Trujillo, Eugene Trujillo and Zachary Barnes, whom he took part in raising, all of Clayton, New Mexico.

2 SISTERS: Geneva Medina and her husband Raymond and Lillie Padilla and her husband Jerry all of Clayton, New Mexico.

1 BROTHER: Frank Trujillo and his wife Dolores of Clayton, New Mexico.

25 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren.

And numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and other family.
