Elizabeth Ann Boyle age 89 passed away on Friday, March 29, 2019 in Phoenix, Arizona after a brief illness and surrounded by her family. Elizabeth was born in Raton, New Mexico, the daughter of Joseph DiLisio Sr and Cristina Pone DiLisio.
Elizabeth was a very special wife, mother of six and grandmother of eleven who was affectionately known as her children’s and grandchildren’s ‘Nona’. Elizabeth was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Thomas Jerome (Jerry) Boyle, her brothers Charles, Joe Jr. and Alfred DiLisio; her sisters Lina Marshall, Christine DiLisio and Eleanor DiLisio.
Elizabeth is survived by one brother Leonard DiLisio of Saratoga, New York; two daughters, Mary Elizabeth Boyle and Kathryn Boyle both of Scottsdale, AZ; four sons, John J. Boyle and wife Jeanne of Lakewood, CO; Michael P. Boyle and wife Janice of Gibsonia, PA; Thomas J. Boyle II of Scottsdale, AZ and Joseph L. Boyle and wife Monica of Littleton, CO.
In lieu of food and flowers, please make donations to Mount Calvary Cemetery c/o St Patrick’s – St Joseph’s Catholic Church, 104 Buena Vista Street, Raton, New Mexico 87740.
By request of her family, services were private. A private memorial service will be held in Raton, New Mexico followed by a public reception at St. Patrick’s /St. Joseph Parish Hall on May 11, 2019 from 12 noon to 2 pm.
Arrangements for Elizabeth are under the direction of Hansen Mortuary in Scottsdale, AZ. Elizabeth’s final resting place will be in Mount Calvary Cemetery, Raton, New Mexico.
