In Loving Memory of Patricia Ann Osborn

Patricia Ann Osborn age 82 of Raton, passed away Sunday January 13, 2019 in Raton. She was born April 8, 1936 in Mulberry Grove Ill, the daughter of Walter and Anne Marie Daniel-Vance. She was a home maker and her family was her life. She took her role of being a mom and grandma very seriously. Not only did she raise four children, she played a major role in the life of her granddaughter Tiffany, by being more than a grandmother in helping to raise her. She played the piano for many years at the First Christian Church, she had strong faith in our Lord and believed all people were kind and good. She loved her high school years and planning her class reunions was a great joy. Patsy enjoyed baking and cooking for her family and anyone looking for a good meal. Her pumpkin pies were the focus of holiday gatherings. Patsy always talked about going to her grandparents farms in Illinois when she was a child and how much she enjoyed the simple way of life and the relationships she had with her grandparents.

Patricia is preceded in death by her parents and husband Kenneth Osborn. She is survived by two daughters, Robyn Osborn of Raton and Terri Osborn of Colorado Springs, CO. Two sons, Gerald Osborn and wife Julie of Raton and Shawn Osborn and wife Joyce of Johnstown, CO. Two sisters, Sandra Shaw of Thornton, CO, and Audrey Whitman of Medford, OR. One brother Donald Vance and wife Barbara of Santa Fe, NM. She is also survived by her grandchildren Tiffany, Chris (Vanessa) Jeralie (Billy ), Nathan (Anna), Adam and Zack, LaTisha (Cassy) and Jessica. Great grandchildren: Azalea, Griffin, Keeley, Joshua, Natalie, Madalynn, LaRissa.

Memorial services will be Saturday January 26, 2019 at 1:00 P.M. at the lighthouse Church with Pastor Monty McGowen and Rick Trice officiating.

In lieu of flowers family request donations be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.

Arrangements and celebration for Patricia Ann Osborn are under the direction of the Yaksich-Long Funeral Home of Raton.
