Eric John Martinez, age 40 of Maxwell passed away Thursday, November 1, 2018 in Maxwell. He was born April 7, 1978 in Albuquerque, NM. He is survived by his mother, Janice Madrid Quintana, grandmother Francis Madrid, sister Mekisha Anna (Dagoberto) Chavez, nephews, Dago Michael (Dakota) Chavez and Tristan Marcos (Allison) Chavez, niece, Nysia Jacenia Chavez, and half-brother Cody Trujillo, 3 grand nephews, Karder, Kooper and Bridger Chavez.
Often we look at people only at a surface level and don’t always take the time to see their inner, sometimes hidden beauty. We don’t always value what God values. But if we take the time to peer beneath the surface, we may find great treasures.
By request of the family cremation has taken place and no services are planned at this time.
