Polly Trujillo, age 84, died Wednesday, September 26, 2018 in Clayton, New Mexico.
Rosary will be recited at 10:00 A.M. on Monday, October 1, 2018 and Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 AM on Monday, October 1, 2018 at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Clayton, New Mexico with Fr. Joel Bugas as Celebrant. Burial will follow in the Clayton Memorial Cemetery by Hass Funeral Directors of Clayton.
Polly Trujillo was born on June 29, 1934 in Clayton, New Mexico to Joe Trujillo and Rita (Taylor) Trujillo. Polly worked at Union County General Hospital in Clayton for 30 years. Polly married Manuel Trujillo, on November 3, 1953 in Clayton, New Mexico and he preceded her in death on May 8, 2016, they were married for 63 wonderful years. She loved her grandchildren and lived to watch her children and grandchildren play basketball. She loved sporting events. Polly and Manuel were hand and hand, what she did not do he did for her and he did not do she did for him, hand and hand. She was a member of St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Clayton. In addition to her parents and husband, Polly was preceded in death by a sister; JoAnn Lopresti and a brother; Gilbert Trujillo.
SURVIVORS:
1 DAUGHTER: Jeanette Replogle and her husband Dan of Clovis, New Mexico.
2 SONS: Louis Trujillo and his wife Terri of Clayton, New Mexico and Mike Trujillo and his wife Athena of Rio Rancho, New Mexico.
7 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren
1 SISTER: Loretta Ibarra and her husband Louie of Pueblo, Colorado.
2 BROTHERS: Pat Trujillo and his wife Dawn of San Jose, California and Danny Trujillo and his wife Bernadette of Pueblo, Colorado.
And numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
