Richard Lelutin Jr. went home to his Lord and Savior on August 27, 2018, he was born October 7, 1967. He is survived by his daughter Tamara Lelutin of Raton, NM and Caryn Sanchez of Raton, NM, he is also survived by his mother Viola Segura of Raton, NM, step sons Joshua Sanchez of Moab, UT and Augie Sanchez of Albuquerque, NM, Step daughter Vanessa Lemus of Raton, NM, four grand daughters and three grandsons, sisters Orlanda Beard of Raton, NM, Maria Moore and husband Michael Moore of Raton, NM, brother David Gallegos of Raton, NM, numerous Aunts, Uncles and Cousins. Nieces Amanda Martinez, Mariah Beard, Nephews Michael Moore, Mark Beard Jr., Aron Moore, Patrick Gallegos, five great nieces, three great nephews and best friend Eleanor Evans, all of Raton, NM.
He is preceded in death by his maternal Grandfather Freddie Gallegos and Grandmother Eloyda Gallegos, Uncles Freddie Gallegos Jr. Danny Gallegos and Richard Gallegos, Aunt Ofelia Pawin and cousin Mark Martinez. Richard was self-employed, he was loved and will be missed by all who knew him. A Mass celebrating Richard’s life will be at St. Patricks’/St. Joseph’s Church in Raton, NM on September 14, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. Reception immediately following Mass at the Parish Hall.
