Clio Virginia “Jerre” Trickey, AGE 98 DIED Friday, July 17, 2018, in Centennial, Colorado.

BACKGROUND: Clio Virginia “Jerre” Trickey was born on September 30, 1919, in Clayton, New Mexico to Morgan and Clara Harvey. Jerre lived almost all of her life in Clayton until 2014 when she moved to Centennial, Colorado and into an assisted living facility closer to her family. Jerry married Albert Trickey on June 12, 1937 in Clayton, New Mexico and he preceded her in death on February 5, 2006. Al and Jerre owned and operated Robinettes Grocery and then A. Trickey Grocery in Clayton for many years. Jerre was a long time member of the Clayton Baptist Church. In addition to her parents and husband, Jerre was preceded in death by a son; Alan Trickey on January 2, 1975 and by her sister, Doris Brown.

1 SON: Ralph Trickey and his wife Judy of Centennial, Colorado.

2 GRANDDAUGHTERS: Laura Cooper of Reston, Virginia, and Sarah Trickey of Littleton, Colorado.
