City Of Raton Chip-Sealing Schedule For July 2nd and July 3rd

The City of Raton will be performing chip-seal operations on Apache Avenue from South Second Street to South 8th Street, Galisteo Avenue from South Second Street to South Seventh Street, on South Fourth Street from Pecos to Apache and on South 3rd Street from Pecos to Galisteo. Area residents are asked to not have any vehicles parked on these streets from 7AM until 5PM during July 2nd and 3rd. Once the street has been surfaced and traffic control is removed residents may return to normal use. Please drive slowly on these streets during the coming weeks as the new road surface cures and loose rock is removed. If you have any questions please contact City Hall at 575-445-9551.
