REQUEST FOR BIDS
The Raton Board of Education is requesting proposals for the 2018-2019 SY for the following:
*Electrical
*Plumbing
*Pest Control
*Maintenance Supplies
Proposal information can be obtained at the Administration Office M-Thurs 7-5.
Please remit bids to Raton Public Schools, 1550 Tiger Circle, Raton, N.M. 87740. Bids must be sealed and “marked” accordingly. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids. No faxed bids will be accepted. The deadline for bids is Wednesday, July 11, 2018 at 2:00p.m.
All persons conducting business with the Raton Public School District shall refrain from any criminal acts including bribes, gratuities, and kickbacks-Legal ref: 13-1-191.
All bids must be accompanied by a Campaign Contribution Disclosure Form available at the Administration Office or at karen.walton@ratonschools.com.
