Notice is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Colfax County will accept sealed proposals for Medical and Mental Health Services for the offices of Colfax County.
Proposal specifications may be picked up at the Office of the County Manager, Colfax County Building, 230 N. 3rd Street, 3rd floor, Raton, NM 87740 or online at www.co.colfax.nm.us .
Sealed bids must be received by Colfax County before 4:00 p.m., MST/MDT, June 14, 2018 at the following address:

The New Mexico Procurement Code, Sections 13-1-28 through 13-1-99 NMSA 1978, imposes civil and misdemeanor criminal penalties for its violation. In addition, the New Mexico criminal statutes impose felony penalties for bribes, gratuities and kick-backs.
