Raton Fire Fighters and Colfax Rapid Response were called to a structure fire on the northwest corner of Stevens and Lincoln in north Raton Sunday evening.
Fire Fighters found a small wooden shed behind the house fully involved and threatening the roof line of the house. Fire Fighters were able to get ahead of the blaze and keep it from burning more than a few shingles on the house. The fire was quickly extinguished and is still under investigation by Raton Fire.
