A regularmeeting of the City Commission of the City of Raton will be held on May 8, 2018 at 6 p.m. The meeting will be called to order by Mayor Segotta. The following subjects will be considered by the City Commission and may be considered in any order that is most convenient for the City Commission.

- Proclamation: Run for the Wall 2018
- Proclamation: Mental Health Month, May 2018

- Deliberate and Act on Corrections to Resolution Numbering from the April 24, 2018 Commission Meeting – Numbers 25-27 were used and should be 24-26.
- Approval of the April 24, 2018 Regular Commission Meeting minutes.
- Deliberate and Act on Event Form for Raton MainStreet Carnival.
- Deliberate and Act on Ratification of Union Agreement between the City of Raton and AFSCME Council 18.
- Planning and Zoning Report and Consideration to Schedule Public Hearing: L-I to C-3 Rezone Request for property located at 200 East Hereford Ave, formerly Morgan Portable Buildings.
- Planning and Zoning Report and Consideration to Schedule Public Hearing: MHS to R-5 Rezone Request for property that abuts Arnold Street, Woodrow Avenue and Market Street, Lots 17 through 20, Block 16 of Fairview Addition, formerly the Mountain View Trailer Park.
- Deliberate and Act on FY19 Agreement No. 19-690-14481 between the City of Raton and the State of NM Children, Youth and Families Department.
- Deliberate and Act on Appointment of City Commissioner Liaison to Lodgers’ Tax Advisory Board.
- Public Hearing/Discussion and Review: Fiscal Year 2019 Draft Budget.

Said notice was posted in six public places (City Hall, Library, Senior Center, County Courthouse, International Bank, Post Office) conveniently placed for the public.
