Stephanie Osborn will be representing Raton at the State Young Professional competition in Raton April 20 and 21.  She grew up in Des Moines, NM where she lived and breathed “all things communications” by spending many hours after school, during breaks and on weekends working for Baca Valley Telephone Company and Sierra Communications since 1995. She graduated from Des Moines High in 2001 and from Eastern New Mexico University with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, minoring in Sociology in 2004. Stephanie took a break from school to get married and start a family, and moved to Artesia, NM.
