LOADERS FOR COLFAX COUNTY ROAD DEPARTMENT
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Colfax County will accept sealed bids for Two New Wheel Loaders for the County Road Department.
Bid specifications may be picked up at the Office of the County Manager, Colfax County Building, 230 N. 3rd Street, 3rd floor, Raton, NM 87740 or online at www.co.colfax.nm.us .
Sealed bids must be received by Colfax County before 2:00 p.m., MST/MDT, March 8, 2018 at the following address:

Bid opening will be held at 2:00 p.m. on March 8, 2018 at the Colfax County Commission Chambers, 3rd Floor, 230 North 3rd Street, Raton, NM 87740.
Bid will be awarded at the Regular Meeting of the Colfax County Commission on Tuesday, March 13, 2018 at 9:00 a.m.
Colfax County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
The New Mexico Procurement Code, Sections 13-1-28 through 13-1-99 NMSA 1978, imposes civil and misdemeanor criminal penalties for its violation. In addition, the New Mexico criminal statutes impose felony penalties for bribes, gratuities and kick-backs.
