In Loving Memory of Esther Garcia

Esther Garcia, born May 28th, 1944 in Raton, New Mexico, to the late Leonides and Beatrice Flores. Esther, passed away on Sunday October 22, 2017. Esther is preceded in death by infant daughter Esther Garcia. Esther is survived by husband Albert Garcia J r. of 48 years. Survivors also include, sons Albert Garcia Jr., and Donald Garcia and wife Sonnie Garcia. Grandchildren: Joseph Garcia and companion Cassandra, Jeff Garcia, Julian Leal, Selena Garcia and companion Dezmond Vallejo, Destni Garcia, and Deja Garcia. Great-Grandchildren: JoJo Garcia and Arianna Vallejo. Esther is also survived by her brother and sisters: Leo and Elda Flores of Fallon NV, Filbert and Betty Flores of Raton, NM, Bobby and Theresa Flores of Othello, WA., Richard Flores of Raton, N., Ida and Luis Gallegos of Miami, FL, Carmen and Joe Avila of Colorado Springs, CO., Catherine (Judy) and Joe Islas of Amarillo, TX., Lydia Leal of Denver, C., Margaret Flores of Denver, CO., and numerous nieces and nephews. Best friends Eddie and Carol Gonzales of Raton, NM.
Recitation of the Most Holy Rosary for Esther Garcia will be on Friday November 10th, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Patrick’s/St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Raton, NM Recited by Deacon Tom Alderette, followed by Solemn Mass of the Resurrection at 10:30 a.m. at St. Patrick’s/St. Joseph’s Catholic church with Father Bill Woytavich Officiating. Arrangements for Esther Garcia are under the direction of the Alderette-Pomeroy Funeral Home.
