Roger Allen Woodard age 47 of Albuquerque, NM, formerly of Springer, NM, passed away Thursday September 21, 2017 in Albuquerque. He was born September 30, 1969 in Raton the son of James and Carol Markosky-Woodard.
He is preceded in death by his brother, Michael Eugene Woodard, Grandfather Marlin David Woodard, Paternal grandparents, Arch Glenn and Mildred Adella Wadlington, Maternal grandparents Charles E. and Josephine C. Scheier Markosky, Step grandfather, Samuel Madrid and numerous aunts and uncles. He is survived by his parents James Woodard and wife Ruth of Springer Mother Carol Woodward of Springer one sister, Kimberly Apodaca of Springer, nephews, Bryan and Adrian Sanchez of Albuquerque, NM niece Danielle Mujezinovic of Jacksonville, FL, Step grandmother, Julia A. Madrid of Albuquerque, NM and numerous Aunts and uncles.
Memorial services will be Wednesday September 27, 2017 at 11:00 A.M. at the Yaksich-Long Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Mark Crotinger officiating. Inurnment will be at a later date.
