Onorio Antonucci Jr. age 84 of Raton, passed away Friday September 8, 2017 in Raton.
He was born January 16, 1933 in Brilliant NM the son of Of Onorio Sr. and Mary Chicarelli-Antonucci. He was a Veteran of the United States Marine Corp and retired school teacher and basketball coach.
Onorio is preceded in death by his parents, daughter Dawn Antonucci, brother Frank Antonucci, and sisters, Louise Kern, Rose Gigante and Mary Rea. He is survived by one son, Onorio Antonucci III and wife Gale Davis of Rohnert Park CA. one brother Mark Antonucci and wife Marlow of San Jose, CA.one granddaughter Leah Eisert and one grand son Onorio Antonucci IV. And numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
Recitation of the most Holy Rosary will be Monday September 18, 2017 at 10:00 A.M. at St. Patrick’s-St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Raton recited by Frank Cimino Jr. Mass of the Resurrection will follow at 10:30 with Father William Woytavich as the celebrant. Rite of christian burial will be in the Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Raton.
